Draw the scenes
Coco draws each scene one by one. Every prompt starts with the style and your hero line, so the pictures match.
Each picture is drawn from scratch. The AI does not remember the last picture, it only reads the words. So "a turtle" can be green in one scene and blue in the next.
Real AI video tools have the very same problem. That is why film makers describe the hero the same way every time. This is the hero line Coco puts in every prompt:
Fix it like a director: add more detail to the hero line in Mission 1 (colours, clothes, size), then press Redraw on the scene that looks wrong.

Your movie: a title card, your scenes with a slow camera move, subtitles and a narrator, then The End.
How AI video works. A movie is really lots of still pictures shown very fast. Cinemas show 24 pictures every second. Your eyes blend them into movement.
We cheated like a clever film maker: we drew only a few pictures and slowly zoomed and slid the camera across each one (the "Ken Burns effect"), then faded between them. Big tools like Sora, Veo and Kling make every single frame with AI, and every frame must match the one before. That is why AI video costs far more than AI pictures.
